13 January 2014 i have take a home loan on father property. i have paid all installment in fin year 2013-14 . can i claim income tax exemption.

Are you co=owner / join-owner of the property?

Only owner of the property can claim Int paid benefit.

13 January 2014 Another option is if you are residing in that property then you can claim HRA
