Imported Raw Wrongly delivered the of another customer

23 May 2023 Sir,

We have imported the Raw Materials. CFS has wrongly delivered two pallets of other customers.
Now we need to send back that material to CFS for taking delivery of our material from CFS.
How sent the material thru lorry by using E-Waybill. please inform the procedure.

12 July 2024 To send back the wrongly delivered material to the CFS (Container Freight Station) using an E-Waybill for transportation by lorry, here’s the procedure you can follow:

### 1. Gather Required Information
- **Invoice**: Obtain the invoice or delivery challan for the wrongly delivered material that you need to send back.
- **Transporter Details**: Ensure you have the transporter's GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) and vehicle details.

### 2. Generate E-Waybill
- **Log in to the E-Waybill Portal**: Visit the official E-Waybill portal of the GSTN (Goods and Services Tax Network).
- **Enter Details**: Fill in the required details such as:
- **Transaction Type**: Outward (if sending back to CFS)
- **Document Type**: Invoice or Delivery Challan
- **Document Number and Date**: Mention the invoice or delivery challan number and date of issue.
- **Supplier Details**: Your details as the sender (if different from the recipient).
- **Recipient Details**: CFS details (if you have them) or your own details as the consignor.
- **Transport Details**: Vehicle number and transporter details.
- **Commodity Details**: Description, HSN (Harmonized System of Nomenclature) code, quantity, and value.
- **Reason for Transportation**: Mention the reason as "Goods wrongly delivered and returned to CFS".

### 3. Submit and Generate E-Waybill
- After filling in all the details accurately, submit the form to generate the E-Waybill.
- The system will generate a unique E-Waybill number (EBN) along with a QR code.

### 4. Handover to Transporter
- Provide the printed copy of the E-Waybill or the E-Waybill number to your transporter.
- Ensure they carry this document during transportation of the material to the CFS.

### 5. Delivery to CFS
- Once the material reaches the CFS, the transporter should hand over the E-Waybill to the CFS authorities for their records.
- Ensure that the CFS acknowledges receipt of the material.
