every exporter who had got the Digital Key can upload RCMC.
in my opinion, after filing the application must submit the RCMC after online application too.

14 January 2015 after keep the digital key in computer system after loging the password.

can enable to process for FMS scheme.

please noted that if you wish to learn the learn for this application tell me i will physically learn you if you belongs to DELHI -NCR .
