Capital Gain u/s 54 & 54F

I have sold 2 properties 1 is land and other is a residential house.Can I claim deduction u/s 54 of Capital gain?. And Can the I take deduction for both the above properties by purchaseing of 1 Residential property worth the same amount of captial gain which have incurred on Selling of Both the above properties. is there any provision for this situation.

U WILL GET EX UNDER SECTION 54F IN RESPECT OF CAP GAIN ON PLOT AND UNDER SECTION 54 IN RESPECT OF CAP GAIN ON SALE OF HOUSE
