MY FRIEND MANAGES VESSEL AND CO. DEDUCT HIS TDS UNDER SEC. 194J , I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHAT KIND OF EXPENSES HE CAN CLAIM FOR CLAIMING TDS REFUND.

He can claim all expsenses incurred for providing such services, viz. Travelling, Conveyance, Telephone exp, Office Rent, Electricty, Salary to employee etc.
