RCM???? U can claim as ITC.. As It as charged in forward charges by GTA

i have a fright charge invoice from VRL. they are not mention tax amount. mention only freight amount so how can i take input

same TNT fright invoice also i have but they are charged 2.5 % cgst and sgst

Pay 5% gst on that. Under reverse charge basis... And take itc in gstr3b

Gta can also pay gst under forward charge... Mean they charge gst in freight bill... If they r not charging then pay under reverse charges

When gst is already charged in the bill then no need to pay again tax under rcm... When they don't charge gst on bill then u hv to pay tax under rcm

yes sir they are charged 2.5 % and 9% so in that cause what will i do.. ? shall i take both rate under rcm
