Dear., The LATE FEE is also a Liability. Without paid the late then he can't Cancel the Registration...

I have just paid the late fee. So I am not going to cancel my GSTIN.

Dear Padmanabhan., Understand the VAT regime. Also late fee is applicable under TN VAT. If we file late return by manually they can't collect late fee. Bcoz, They ll collect it another format.... That way is not available in GST. It's only in Online...

Yes, they accept GSTIN cancellation only after we settle all the liabilities.
