Gstr-1 save/action counterparty error

when I am trying File nill return for the month of August I get this message " Error! GSTR-1 Save/Action on Counterparty Invoices/Submit are not allowed for current date"

 

Hello,

I am trying to file my September return.  However, I am getting the following error " Error! GSTR-1 Save/Action on Counterparty Invoices/Submit are not allowed for current date, Please visit https://www.gst.gov.in for details on GSTR-1 timelines."

The last date to file the return shows as 10th October in my dashboard.

Please suggest.

Tommorow is on due date for GSTR-1 Filling, So how to file to the Nil return.

is there any late fees applicable for gstr1 and 2

Due date for filing of GSTR-1 for August is 05/10/2017 but till now it shows the error is there any late fees will be imposed??

No....

Late fee is not on August GSTR 1 2 & 3 returns. Bcoz, Date not finalise.

After given dates you ll file before the due date without failing...

Bcoz, Late fee is system's hand. Not by human being. System can't understand the errors, Overload and Software issues.
