Dear Shalini.,

You are exactly correct. We/I/You are paid the late fee for GSTR 3B filing. Also it's on System Overload or Error related mistakes for 99%. Also the Late fee is not counted after 27th Spetember..

Some experts says "It's refunded'. So, Wait it's fully system error. You can get refund for Amount...

In my View as per my logical...

Our return Dashboard Showing the Dates of GSTR 1 - 05/10/2017 also the Home Page its noted as TBU... So, the august month's return dates not yet to be finalized based on the home page...

Finally our July 17 GSTR 1 2 3 returns are ended on 10th Nov-17...

So, the when the first return ll be completed then only our ITC or Invoice reference Number C/f to next month Returns.

My assume is the August month return dates are come to force after Nov-10th... Wait & Watch...

With all these irrespectable infrastructure. GST has became comedy. Harassment to tax payer. Also high BP to accounts practitioners .

A funny mismatch of data that i identied earlier :

GSR Home page says: Filing of GST 1 for Aug is - TBU

But after login, is is showing 05/10/2017............................

Cool Down...
The return dashboard is updated. So, wait on further notification....

Also the total website and it's construction are not working properly. Then how to we ll be require this correct way...

So, Cool on this starting troubles. After continued we are face difference between GST and Previous Tax regime...

In my view without notification no one file Before Nov-10th for GSTR 1 - August

But the site itself states 5/10/17 for gstr 1 for august 2017. Still why the same error is occurring?

Its site error... Dates are shown as per earlier schedule & new dates are not finalised.

Yes. We don't want try to file GSTR 1 return for the month August... Also (GOi) twitted today "Date is notify soon" for August...
Go to check @ askGST_GOi .....
