All my previous requests (16A bulk, NSDL conso, 16A PAN based) have now vanished!!!

If I try to re-apply for Form-16A it says:

• Download request cannot be submitted as statement has not been processed for selected Financial Year, Quarter and Form type

But when I check on TIN-NSDL (where I e-filed the TDS return) it says TDS return "Accepted by TIN"

Anyone else? Do you face the same problem?

How to confirm that my return is accepted OR not?

My 16A request status is "Failed"

I have submitted all three qtr returns for f.y. 2012-13 and trying to download Form 16A for the F.Y. 2012-13 of Q2 from tdscpc but there is massage showing "Download request cannot be submitted as statement has not been processed for selected Financial Year, Quarter and Form type".

anyone has idea why this massage showing.

i am also facing the same problem....

Ok finally there is some "progress".

I still can not download form-16A but in challan status, it is now showing "claimed" and "matched" (in consumption detail).

Earlier it was showing "unclaimed".

So now that means they have finally started processing my return. Atleast now I dont have to worry if my return was accepted OR not. this confirms that it was accepted.

eVEN I AM facing same issue, I filed return on 11 Jan 2013 for Q3 2012-13 

Today i acticvated my profile and got sms and email codes and activated it i also verified all PAN in PAN VERIFICATION and all is valid but when requesting for F16A for Q 3 FY 2012-13 it is showing message

Download request cannot be submitted as statement has not been processed for selected Financial Year, Quarter and Form type

Kindly update what should i do now i will again try after some days . 

More progress....

I was able to "re-submit" the request for Form-16A.

That error: "Download request cannot be submitted ...", is gone now.

Hopefully they have now managed to get things back in place.

Lets see if I get Form-16A in a day or two.

My requests are now complete i.e. available

I was able to generate Form16A too.

But now I have another problem.

PDF generator does not have option of digital signature. Anyone know how to sign the PDF digitally?

This is funny!

It appears that version 1.0 of PDF converter allows signing of PDF but not version 1.1

So it means ITD removed the functionality and instead of calling it version 0.9 they called it 1.1!!!

You can not use version 1.0 anymore because it says that Form16A file is tampered!

In other words, you have to use 1.1 and manually print and then sign the PDF file.

No more digital signatures no more saving trees. So much for green initiative!

To all people, just wait for few days.

If you have filed return correctly, it will eventually appear.

for me it took 12days after the return was filed.

Everybody in the country facing the problem with tdscpc, every 5th day they are updating and its paining to follow them. Forget about form16a and conso file and do your regular filing and improve client base. Nothing can be done in half baked condition. dont worry be happy
