I'm PCC, I got 67 marks in tax and 60 in info tech paper, and i've applied for both the groups in next exam what is the passing crieteria to complete it

Hi friends. i have completed my T.Y.Bcom exam in 2008. after that i started working..
can any one help me that i can appear pcc exam directly. if yes then what is eligiblity....
