Please suggestion me what will do Now.

PMT 9 will allow amendment in Tax Heads ( IGST Vs CGST / SGST ) but it is yet to be activated on portal .
At this point of time , you need to claim refund for excess amount paid ( What I understood from your question is that you had paid IGST & SGST/ UGST both for a single transaction )
