while making payments I had created the chalan wrongly in IGST instead of SGST. is there any possibility to use that amount I had deposited in IGST? .

At present, there is no change of changing it, you need to pay amount under the respective category. You can adjust it in the next month.

How I can adjust it while set off my liability? Is can claim it as an input for set off my liability of Cost?

You can only set off it against in the next month liability. You have to pay again for SGST to set off liability.
