14 December 2012 hi freinds...pls resolve a query..
when a work contract dealer will be eligible to take compulsory regn, under dvat & wat will be tax rate charged if he dont choose composition scheme..????

15 December 2012 When his total receipts exceeds Rs5 lakhs in a year he should register. A WCT dealer has to pay vat @ 12.5% on unscheduled goods and 5% on declared goods used in his works,except printing(and one more) at@5% VAT.....mjk
