one of my friends wants to start a new business. his income is already above rs. 10 lakhs.
now he is not sure for the purpose of his new business (he is opening a cafeteria) whether he should go for company or partnership firm or proprietorship?
other persons indulged in his business are also from his family, so HUF is also an option.
kindly suggest.

Better go for Limited Liability Partnership.
