Whether to generate Tax invoice in case of credit.

10 June 2020 Sir,

I got order to sell product both inter state and intra state. But party toll me he will give me payment after two month.

Here i want to know whether i will generate Tax invoice or other cash memo issue.As i am not getting my payment now.

11 June 2020 According to the Provisions of GST, a registered person is making or receiving supplies (from unregistered persons), then a tax invoice needs to be issued by such registered person. Hence, You mandatory issue tax invoice while made a supply of goods and/or services.
