Small firms - 3 to 5k u can get
Mid size firms - 4 to 7k
Big 4 - 8 to 12k

What i seen told u, again its depends on that firm can pay as icai rules r there rules...its general pay i told u...
some firms will pay 1.5 r 2k some thing...
its my view..
