TDS u/s 194-IA has to be paid to the credit of the Central Government within a period of thirty days from the end of the month in which the deduction is made and shall be accompanied by a challan-cum-statement in Form No. 26QB.
Interest u/s 201(1A) will apply i.e. 1.5% p.m. or part thereof if deducted but not remitted and 1% if not deducted till the date of remittance.

Thanks ankit but the now the due date is within 30 days as per As per the CBDT notification no. 30/2016 dated April 29, 2016, the due date of payment of TDS on transfer of immovable property has been extended to thirty days (from existing seven days) from the end of the month in which the deduction is made.
Example: If a taxpayer has made payment of sale consideration in the month of February, then corresponding TDS should be deposited on or before (thirty days) March 30th.
