1)VAT/CST:- if i am in start phase i am not liable for vat/cst registration if i purchase goods from other state how could be the invoice structure without vat and cst . can i purchase or i should register for provisional basis ?
2)LBT:- i am planing to run eCommerce website for selling goods if some one purchase goods from my website and i have to ship it in to lbt zone then should i liable to pay lbt.
please guide me sir. regarding this points Thanks in advance

29 March 2014 VAT/CST: If you are in a start stage , you need not take M-VAT Reg till your gross t/o exceeds Rs 5 Lacs, but whatever goods you purchase it will have VAT on it and you will be liable to pay VAT on it(no need to pay VAT seperately as same will be included in the Purchase Bill amount), the benefit of taking registeration will be that you can collect VAT on your sales and take set-off of VAT paid on purchase
LBT: LBT is paid by purchaser operating in LBT zone, so you are not liable to pay LBT as you are selling them(unless you are in LBT zone)

29 March 2014 Thanks Mr. vijay for your valuable reply
