Our company is willing to sale/trf its equity shares to a non-resident. can any one guide me how to value the share value of a Private Limited Company.

Shares of a private limited company should be valued as per section 56((2)(viia) of the Income Tax Act with Rule 11UA of the Income Tax Rule.
