A. Company sent the AGM notice with details on date, time and venue, to shareholders;
B. Company attached, to the AGM notice for simultaneous sending, the following documents:
(1) venue map; (2) details of each agenda item; (3) annual report; (4) proxy form(s) with the following characteristics: (a) providing space for shareholders to cast their votes “for,” “against” or “abstain”; (b) allowing shareholders to cast their votes for individual directors; (5) profile(s) of independent director(s) (with at least information on name, age, address and personal interest in related agenda items) in case shareholders wish to appoint such directors for proxy voting; 6) list of identification requirements for AGM attendance and voting of all types of shareholders; (7) articles of association – AGM section.

The AGM attendance includes the following persons: (1) chairman of the board of directors; (2) chairman of the audit committee; (3) chairman of all sub-committees (if any) (e.g., nomination/remuneration/risk management committees); (4) Company’s top management (e.g., chief executive officer, managing director or any other titles with similar power of management); (5) chief financial officer; (6) external auditor(s).
