under RCM if service provider of Security services (Firm) provide security services to company but by mistake firm does not charge service TAx amount now company is required to pay 75% service tax To firm.

You need to pay service tax on 25% of value of services and same will be recover from company but if company not paid any amount to you still need to pay service on 25% of value under cum-duty price. (i.e reduce your profit)
