Treatment of 15% Income set apart by the Trust

21 November 2008 please suggest me about the treatment in subsequent year of income other than coupus fund set apart by the trust @ 15%.
Is there any Rule about the use of this income in subsequent year My email id is dsoni81@yahoo.com (urgent)

21 November 2008 Yes you have to use it in the next year or carry it forward with a specific object as mentioned in Form 10 and the resolution.

BUT after set aprt the 15% of Income as per my knowledge there is no further treatment in Law Pleaes clarifiy
