I received a mail from ICAI that there is no employer signature in page no 5 of form 109.pls tell me whether I have to post again form 109 if not what to do

If the Institute has sent you a letter stating no signature, you may have taken photocopy of the form which you sent to Institute earlier. Now on that form take the signature of your Principal and attach the reference letter issued by Institute and intimate them, you have obtained the signature at the relevant column and the same is now posted.
