We have awarded a civil contract to one of the party for construction of our plant. We are supplying them cement & steel by purchasing it from respective delears and billing for the same is done in our name. My question is whether we require to deduct TDS on payment made for cement & steel ? If yes , under which category it comes and at what rate?
