27 December 2010 My company has brought another company who's owner is NRI and he residing in USA.
My query is if pay amount to NRI for purchase of shares of his company. Is there any tax / TDS to us?

28 December 2010 Yes the TDS on the same is deductible u/s 195 as the income accrues and arises in India.
