If a person Salry Income cross the limit in March 2010 Like his gross income recahed in march to 180000 /- then the TDS should be deposied in March Or the person should have deposied in from April 2009.

Generally the situation is very rare.becasue salary is mostly know how much the gross salary for the year incase there is any increment situation suddenly is going beyond the exemption limit you can deduct and pay when it is crossing.so you can deduct in March and deposit
