Dear Experts,
Please guide me regarding the retainership fees and in which section it will come for TDS purpose and what is the rate and surchages application of this. If invoice is inclusive of Service Tax @ 10.30% then TDS is to be deduct on whole invoice value or exclusive of Service tax?

Sec 194J is attracted on retainership fess.
tds rate is @ 10% and no surcharge
tds would be deducted on whole invoice
