If we purchase the property (land for company purpose) , amt decided (More than Rs. 50 Lac) but not pay to seller, So, TDS will be pay before payment of land or not ?

TDS @ 1% has to be deducted under section 194IA at the time of credit of such sum to the account of the transferor OR at the time of payment of such sum WHICHEVER IS EARLIER.
