Tds on professional charge

19 October 2015 Dear experts,
We have paid rs. 25000 for professional fee on 20/7/2015 however we had not deducted TDS on that said transaction, but again we are going to make the payment of rs. 40000 to the same party, plz guide me do we need to deduct TDS on 40000 or on 65000 u/s 194J,
