16 July 2010 OUR COMPANY HAS TO MAKE THE PAYMENT TO NON RESIDENT TOWARDS MEMBERSHIP FOR USE OF SOFTWARE FOR ONE YEAR.

SHOULD WE DEDUCT TDS ON SUCH PAYMENT OR NOT.

16 July 2010 Yes TDS should be deducted u/s 195 of the Income Tax Act. The rate of Tax depends on Double traty agreement entered with that Country
