Dear Friends, Need a clarification on the TDS applicability for a remittance of Licensing Fee to an US Company(We are an Indian Company). If TDS is applicable, what is the rate? Kindly clarify at the earliest. Thanks in advance.
before giving any opinion we would like to know much more about the transinction regarding which Indian company has paid licencing fee to the foreigner company..
