Tds on contractor

I have a query about TDS on Contractor.
We received first bill of Contractor Rs 10000, we had not deducted TDS.
If we receives next bill of Rs 35000/- then on which Amount, we have to deduct TDS @ 1% ( Rs 35000/- or Rs 45000/- including first bill.)

You have to deduct on entire 45K
