one company provides maintenance services on monthly basis, if it worked on on holiday and the bill is raised as if "bill on additional hours worked" then TDS to be deducted on this particular amount or not??

Criteria for deduction of TDS is seen from overall payments so whether additional hrs or normal hrs if it exceeds minimum exemption limit of tds then tds to be deducted
