Dear Sir, We have a contract with Canon for Hiring Their Printing & Scanner Machine for which 1. we are paying monthly bill of Rs. 7800+3900 p.m. for our two office. 2. Printing actula charges as per printing bill approx Rs. 1300+500 p.m.
My question is in first part we are paying Rent & in Second part we are paying printing charges on actual basis. Till now we have paid them Total of Rs. 96,900/- in total WITHOUT DEDUCTING ANY TDS.(Rs.77472 for Rent + Rs.19416 for Print chargs) So how to deduct TDS in this Case? Pls explaing in detail for future reference also..
