TDS last date of payment from april to feb 10

31 March 2010 Kindly tell me is the date which was 31st march to make payment of TDS (Deducted from april to feb 10)extented ?
In new circular I heard that it is up to 7th April 2010

31 March 2010 SAME AS EARLIER NO CHANGES.

FOR TDS DEDUCTED FROM 1ST TO 30TH MARCH---7TH APRIL

FOR TDS DEDUCTED 31ST MARCH--31ST MAY.

31 March 2010 TDS Which is deducted from april to Feb 28, the remittance to gov i Heard that date has been extened up to 7th April.

31 March 2010 yes,
finance bill 2010 amend the sec 40(a)(ia) in which provide the date for payment of tds up to the due date of filling the ITR. if in above time deposited ded'n allowed
