Tds for teachers(graduate)

07 September 2012 If we appoint a teacher or hired ( qualification-graduate/master degree)not B.ed,for taking classes pre matric students & we pay them Rs. 60,000/-P.A,are we deduct TDS 194J?,They are not in regular employee.
