an individual is proprietor of two shops having single pan no. . there is some transaction between these two shops which arose tds deduction.is it possible to deduct and pay tds of person having same pan and tan no. ????

TDS is applicable to the expenses so in case of one person even though having two business cannot provide service to self. Therefore expenses cannot be booked in one firm and income in another so question of TDS does not arises at all.
