To The experts , We have a condominium for maintenance of our building where we have only 5 members with annual expenses of 20 lakhs.
Query is 1. does this entity liable to deduct the T.D.S. on expenses made them like security, rent etc. 2. How does it gets tan registration no. (with catagary of ass. of person) since it is not registered with any govt. department to provide the proof for the entity
