If the employer does not provide the TDS Certificate(Form 16) to its ex-employee, inspite of reminders by the ex-employee, then how that person(ex-employee) will proceed to file his income tax return?

If employer deduct the TDS of salaried employee, thn it is the duty of employer that he have to provide the Form16 to employee, but in case, employer not to do so thn in case employee cannot filed his ITR.

You will b happy to know that for filing return you do not need Form 16 as the return has been made annexure less .Therefore, as far as filing of return is concerned, just fill up form ITR1 or ITR 2 and claim whatever tax is deducted form you .
