in previous year, one of my client didnt claim tds receivable...can he claim in this year by obtaining form 16 ... reply sooon

If the TDS id relating to FY 08-09 (AY 09-10) and the assessment for that year has not been completed then you can file a revised return before 31st March, 2011 and claim refund.
