If a company not dedcut a Tds & now i'm fill the all document so i show the Tds Or not

Even Company not deduct, you need to show your actual income and any tax liability is there you can pay direcly through Self assesment challan

if i pay full payment & not Deduct any TDS so i need to pay TDS or not

Your query little bit confusing.if the company is not deducting TDS you can pay Tax as self assesment tax.
