DOES TDS SHOULD BE DEDUCTED ON EDUCATIONAL OUTINGS ?

You asking about employees educational outings- it is not taxable

nature of exp is not clear. if an employer is providing Educational outings for employees then it will not added in salary and it is exp so no TDS. But for this if he hires bus or travelling agent then there will be TDS on their services.
