No tds deducted in my company so tds return fill compulsury

YES, THE COMPANY NEEDS TO FILE NIL QUARTERLY RETURN.

yes if no deduction but return is compulsory every qtr. NIL quarterly return.

No, If you are filing the quarterly return regualrly but the particular Qtr only deduction is not there even then you have to file Nil Return
But you have only having applied and got TAN there is no deduction till now -in this case Nil tds return is not mandatory
