27 June 2014 IF Mr.a Work In A LTD. And In B LTD..

He Earn 15000 P.M Form A LTD. And From B Ltd.10000 P.m.....

Now He Gives Detail Of his salary of B Ltd.
to A Ltd. employer In Form 12B As Per Act.

Now his Salary exceed 200000 basic limit when we comebain both salary...

now whether employer of A Ltd, is responsible to deduct tax on 25000 ??????

27 June 2014 yes...A is liable to deduct TDS in this case...

27 June 2014 yes if employer know the other income then he is liable to deduct the TDS.

27 June 2014 please calculate the TDS amount on your own..I am sure thats not a query for which you need expert help...

05 July 2014 now A Ltd. Employer Has To consider 10000p.m
salary which is paid by B Ltd. employer....

Now total salary is = 25000*12 =300000
Tds Amt deducted By A Ltd Employer Is =10000
Amt. Of Tds P.m= 10000/12 =833.33

now A Ltd. employer is responsible to deduct
833.33 p.m From salary of mr.a

my calculation is true or not ????
