Dear sir my query- I deduct TDS in march and this TDS is paid next month of 7th april but fortunately this day is sunday so TDS paid on 8th of april so will pay interest or not

YES You can deposit on next working day without any penalty or interest. This is permissible as per Clause 10 of General Clause Act 1897.
