TOTAL BILL AMT - 93097/-
S TAX ON 25% AMT - 2877/- (PROVIDER)
TOTAL BILL AMT - 95974/-
S TAX ON 75% AMT - 8630/- (RECEIVER)
GROSS BILL AS PER RCM - 104604/-
ON WHICH AMT I SHOULD DEDUCT TDS.

TDS is to be charged on the amount which you are paying. The gross amount including service tax is the amount on which you have to pay deduct TDS and remit to the Government. In your case, you have to deduct TDS on 93097+2877.
