Dear Sir Mining contractor had paid some amount for taking Contract and the contractee has deducted TCS from this amount. Whether IT refund can be claim on this tcs amount.
Secondly, contractor has no receipt during the FY 2017-2018. Then also whether refund can be claim on TCS.
