My brother who is NRI, work in afganistan,he sent me Rs.45000 per month directly in my bank account.
And other side I took loan of Re. 4800000 from bank for 10 year. Repayment will be done from NRI income. How to disclose that income so that no tax is leviable.

this income is not taxable as its just transfered from there by ur bro.
