23 April 2008 for ROC i had paid a amount to my CA & he raised bills for that in this situation i have to deduct TDS or not.
Bill for Professional fees for stamping printing of MOA & others.

23 April 2008 fees paid to govt and stamp duty exp are excluded from tds deduction and if any out of pocket exp bill are raised seperately no tds is to be deducted

23 April 2008 TDS to be deducted only on the Prof. fee not on reimbursable expenditure incurred by CA/CS.


23 April 2008 TDS IS APPLICABLE ON THE PROF.FEES PAID TO C.A ONLY.
NONE OF THE OTHERS LIKE ROC FEES, STAMPING,PRINTING OF M/A, ATTRACT TDS.
NO TDS FOR THESE EXP.

24 April 2008 I believe, Pankaj is mentioning about fees to professional and the experts interpreting as ROC filing fees.

When CA pays the fees to ROC, TDS is surely not attracted

However, when client pays the fees for the service, TDS i believe is applicable
